Violin maker and electriC-Violin inventor Cölestin J. Kober learned the secrets of making fine bowed Instruments
in Italy at a Venice-based luthier.
Educated in the special string instrument building school Hallstatt, professional working experience
in Vienna and Breganze in Italy, studying string instrument restauration and sculpture carving in Hallstatt he established his own workshop in Austria 2008.
The C-Violine is the result from the violin makers extensive search for the best possible electric violin, many thoughts about violin amplification and acoustics. Maintaining the classic
violin design, wood and acoustic concept within the new C-Violin was only possible because of the unique anti-feedback-resonating C-Violin body and pickup bridge.
